Indo-Pak friendship prophecy

Ind-Pak please don't war,
Not play in hands of US-China czar.
Ind-Pak please don't be fighty,
Or else insaaf be done at once by the Almighty.

There are miseries persisting on both sides of border,
Violence, kidnappings, murder; rapes and social disorder.
Poor die of debt or of natural disaster,
But you keep bringing the K-word and Terrorism, after and after.

Yes, terror in a big way is bone of contention,
But talks are the way forward, not dialog suspension.
If you're really serious, then form a consensus,
'coz people now realize that for vote you're in nexus.

Common people here want harmony and peace,
And not a blood shed victory or a land's piece.
It's the middlemen in fundamentalists who fuel our feud,
They relish the unrest in region, and ignorant are wooed.

It's time we rejuvenate our spirit of living in togetherness,
Time we realize - united we stand, and not in wilderness.
The sweet virtues of unity come to us with propensity,
And with our cultural propinquity, let's outlive any past enmity.

Let's fly again together our very own friendship kite,
And let the envious world burn in ashes, at this formidable sight.

Ind-Pak zindabad tha, Ind-Pak zindabad hai,
Aur Ind-Pak zindabad rahega! Insha-Allah.. Ameen.
