The Speaker who wanted to carry on with the proceedings despite loud protests from Congress MLA's inside the well of the house was forced to go for adjournment when a Congress MLA jumped to his table, danced and slept on it for a while.
Though, the Congress members have been staging protests in the well of the house for over a week demanding the resignation of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik for his role in the acquisition of land for Vedanta University,
But our inside sources from Congress confirmed to Faking news, that climbing on Speaker's podium was not part of their itinerary. The person who climbed to the podium was, the Cong MLA who has recently been denied participation in Sony's premiere dance show "Jhalak Dikhla Ja -Season 4" featuring ester years dhak dhak girl Madhuri Dixit and already badnam munni, Malaika Arora. The Cong MLA was so agitated by his non-inclusion in the show that he decided to show the world his talents and skills of dancing moves on the State Assembly's Speaker's podium itself.
Later replying to why he chose only the Speaker's podium to present his latent talent, Cong MLA gleefully replied to Faking News," I was looking for an opportunity to come in public and showcase my talent. Knowing that, public and media won't come to cover my show in any local auditorium even free of cost, I planned to execute my performance on the Speaker's podium in midst of the other major agitation which shall fetch maximum media and shutterbug's glare."
When asked "Jhalak…" organizers that are they ruing the fact of not including a Cong MLA in their show? They simply replied by saying 3 words,"This isn't circus!"
Well, probably "Jhalak…" isn't circus, but looking at Odisha assembly's past track record, It certainly can be renamed into Great Odiya Circus!
Meanwhile, the Cong party seems to be embarrassed by their party MLA's dancing skills. Cong spokesperson Manish Tiwari told to Faking news that." it was Cong MLA's individual decision to dance to the groove on Speaker's podium in Odisha, And after seeing his performance neither Soniaji nor other party members think that he is suitable for 'Jhalak…' !"
A large delegation of the ruling party, Biju Janata Dal, met with the Speaker and requested him to ensure that the Cong MLA shouldn't dance on Bollywood songs, And only Odiya number must be played inside the Odisha State Assembly House.
